Peggy Vasquez is a Tri-Cities native, leadership speaker, best-selling author, and coach whose work focuses on communication, confidence, and professional impact. Her career began right here in the Tri-Cities, where she spent many years supporting senior executives in high-stakes environments—experiences that shaped her belief that strong leadership and effective communication are built through trust, preparation, and relationships.

In 2020, Peggy transitioned into entrepreneurship, bringing her real-world experience to audiences across the U.S. and internationally. She is the author of two best-selling books: Not Just an Admin and Mean Girl No More, and is widely recognized for her practical, relatable approach to leadership and professional growth.

Despite her global work, Peggy remains deeply rooted in her hometown and values opportunities that bring her back to the Tri-Cities—especially those that celebrate service, leadership, and the people who make this community thrive. It is an honor for her to serve as Master of Ceremonies for the Tri-Citian of the Year event.
